1. Is the program approved by the Virginia DMV?
   
   
   Yes!
   
   
2. Can I earn DMV Safe Driving Points? 
   
   
   Yes, up to five (5).  DMV will not let anyone carry over +5 points, so they will award either 5 points or less if that would bring you up to five.  DMV will only award course points once every 2 years.
   
   
3. How can I find out how many points, positive or negative, I have or if I am eligible to take a class for points? 
   
   
   Call the Virginia DMV help desk at 1-804-497-7100.
   
   
4. Can commercial (CDL) operators or students under 20 take an online course for points?
   
   
   No.  DMV requires them to complete a classroom course. We offer this course at our Tappahannock location and you can obtain schedule information at www.cleanupyourdrivingrecord.com.

6. How much is the online course?
   
   
   Just $75 (cash) payable when you show up to take your quiz.
   We do not accept checks or credit cards.
   
   
7. Are there any other charges or fees (like some locations charge for the use of the computer to take the test and again for a retest)? 
   
   
   NO! There are no additional fees!
   
   
8. When and where can I take the test? 
   
   
   All final tests are scheduled on an individual basis for your convenience!  We encourage you to schedule your final test time by calling our toll-free number 1-888-3-DO-IT-NOW before you ever start the course.
   
   
   Also, all of our final tests are administered at our location in Montross. 
   
   
   Please call the toll-free 1-888-3-DO-IT-NOW number so you become familiar with where the location is prior to beginning the course.
   
   
9. When can I start? 
   
   
   You can start right now and be done in about 8 hours, stopping and resting, and going back whenever and on whichever computer you want.  You can also take all of the time you need!
